Service & Maintenance

Van Genderen provides service and maintenance on most brands of Air Conditioners. To maintain the efficiency and longevity of your air conditioner, we recommend an annual maintenance. We clean and check your unit, check the refrigeration levels and pressures on your unit and make sure the system is functioning properly, safely and efficiently.

AC Installation

We install American Standard Air Conditioning Systems. American Standard has been rated very high with Consumer Reports for the past 5+ years. We would be happy to discuss with you what unit would work best in your home. Product information and brochures can be found on the left side of this page.

Swamp Cooler Services

Service & Maintenance

Van Genderen provides service and maintenance on most brands of swamp coolers. In the late spring/early summer, we recommend swamp cooler start-ups. We will start the water to your system and get it operating as well as check for any leaks or damage. In the fall before it freezes, we highly recommend getting your swamp cooler winterized. This includes draining out your system and installing your cover.
